Udutu has provided support to Insurance Council of BC since 2021 as our learning management system provider. Our client base is over 30,000 and users register and pay for courses using a third-party system, which also tracks expiry and completion. This can be complicated and Udutu has provided seamless support with the payment system integration to accommodate our needs. Most recently, Udutu supported single sign on integration as we moved to a new third-party client management system.
In addition, Udutu has provided support throughout the years to our Education Team as they develop courses, assisting with HTML coding to ensure course content is formatted correctly and to our specific branding needs in the authoring tool. We are always happy with the quality of support we receive from the Udutu team.
