Our partnership with Udutu, which actually began in 2020, has allowed us to create a comprehensive on-line learning environment that allows each of our 600 franchise locations to have their own independent LMS with our content and the ability to add their own resources if needed, while still maintaining confidentiality and control of all GPI information from the Control Center Environment. This allows us to track engagement on an individual basis and as a whole within our franchisee system with ease.
The Udutu team didn’t just build us this great environment, they continue to support us. We have regular meetings with Maria, Laureen, Dave, and Nishant to work together on course development and technical improvements to our learning environment. Maria and Laureen have been instrumental in several course development projects in my time at GPI allowing us to upskill our current management teams seamlessly, modernize our courses as technology and offerings evolve, and ensure the best possible learning content for our business. Nishant and Dave are the “behind the scenes” team devoted to GPI and they have not only provided prompt assistance for current needs, but also developed new and unique tools based on our requests and developing business needs.
