Roger Mundell is the CEO of Udutu Learning Systems Inc. Prior to joining Udutu he was the Director of Research and Innovation at Royal Roads University, where he led the Cedarlearning team to win numerous national and international awards for innovation in online learning technologies and pedagogies. The team pioneered many new concepts and brought gamification principles, reusable learning objects and other ideas into play which resulted in widespread recognition and invitations to speak at learning conferences around the world.

Roger is a lifelong entrepreneur who retired to become an educator, then found new challenges in the transformation of learning with adaptive technologies. Recognized as an innovator, he has launched a disruptive business model and ground breaking technology into the still emerging field of online learning and continues to push boundaries with new applications and approaches to learning.
