When you upload your course to the LMS, you need to add a checkmark in the course options to make it “Active”. If it is left “Inactive” your course will not appear for learners, even though the permissions have been set.

To mark it as “active” log into the LMS as an administrator and click the “Activity Management” tab.  This will display the list of courses currently in your LMS.  Find the “Edit” button under the applicable course.  This will bring up the following screen…




Click on the box to add in a checkmark.  Don’t forget to scroll down and click the “Save” button to save this change.   Now, if you log in as a learner, the course should appear for you.
