- Click on the “Role” tab. The screen will display the current list of roles.
- Click on “Create new”.
- Complete the fields in the Role Details screen. *Required fields are marked with an asterisk.
- Click “Save”.
- Role Title: Add a name or title for this role.
- Role code: Add a code for this role.
- Description: Add a description for this role.
- Meta: Add keywords or descriptions related to this specific role to be used to assist with searches and report filtering etc.
- Select: Use this to upload and display a role flow diagram or organizational chart.
