Here is a short synopsis of Roger Mundell's presentation:

“The generation that grew up with computer gaming is maturing into middle management, and the generation that grew up with the Web is becoming the dominant force in the workplace. New tools and technologies are changing not only what people want to learn, but when, where, and how they can do it. There are many challenges for those developing learning resources: How to design and present content, how to assess, how to engage, how to communicate, and how to record results."
